Courtney Shaw is an Art Director at VML and a 2-time Effie award-winner with experience in concepting, art direction, content creation, and graphic design. At VML, she is lead Art Director for all of the @AmericasNavy social media platforms.

She also directs onsite content creation on Navy productions and Snapchat lens creation. Courtney pairs her passion for creative thinking with a strong work ethic, a confident pitch, and an ultra-precise eye for design.
